Community Podcast 3.0
So, I listened back to the old community podcasts. I was awful. I hang my head in shame. I want to make up for my past mistakes by making a new, funnier than ever (i.e. maybe a tiny bit funny) community podcast, seeing as the genuine ones are becoming even fewer in number and regularity.
Is anyone up for the crazy task again? I promise this time it will actually get done, last time I got caught up in a crazy set of circumstances that ruined the editing of last year's aborted attempt. Not going to happen again.

You can count me in on that. I too want to make for my last year botched attempt. I have been practicing my spoken English and on top of that a Polish dude is now renting a room in my flat, so I am hoping it gets better faster. And this time, some sort of script is needed. The only trouble is that my horrific accent will remain, but perhaps that is not such a bad thing!

I wouldn't mind being involved in some capacity, though it's going to depend on how its decided to record the thing. Sammy Jones fancies a rant on the airwaves!

Depending on whether I have time or not, I could pitch in as well

Hmmmmmm.....
Seeing as this may be something to do with one of my suggestions, I'd better say yes or get chased away with a stick. If it wasn't, I'll say yes anyway...

I could give it a shot again, but I'm not sure how many people want to listen to me ramble, I do that enough on YouTube as it is.

An excuse to do something with people? Maybe! Provided its at a good time and I'm not busy anyway!
I have no idea what I'd say other than Belfast related news, though.

We will have plenty of people for the podcast this time! Great!

In theory yes. It just depends when everyone is actually available and whether it matches...Mondays being totally out of the question for myself, and also Fridays, and also Wednesday during the day. The rest is up for discussion.

I am available most nights of the week except wednesdays until 23:30 and some Fridays.

Personally I'm of the view that a weekend would be a better time to do this. If the majority prefer a weekday though, I'm not going to stop that.

I agree, most weekends I'm available all day both days. Of course, if a weekday is the best solution, I'm available every evening except for Thursday until 6:00pm GMT

My timetable for college is in the air at the minute so I have no idea when I'll be free at all during weekdays, and I'm usually doing IRL stuff on Saturday afternoon, but Saturday evening and and the entirety of Sunday is free for me, that is certain.

You're usually doing Indy Racing League stuff on Saturday afternoons? And here I was thinking it was called IndyCar nowadays...

And yes, I do actually know that IRL means In Real Life. It's just that this definition doesn't fit the sentence quite as well...

I am well aware that I shouldn't be using IRL in racing oriented communities... it's just that these sites aren't the type I usually go to!

I'm fine as an Executive Director and Editor, but I'm going to find out of I can tempt my partner in crime Executive Producer out of retirement to shake things up a bit...I am miles away from having the comedic prowess or general funny nature of the original dynamic duo, going to need some assistance on that front!

Will there be a script for us all, or will it just be a chat?

The old community podcast ran on a brief bulletpointed list, the actual recordings were just improvised based on the list. Although if we thought of something in particular that was both funny and relevant we'd deliberately write it in.
