So glad there was a fair qualifying session. Rather have that than have names drawn out of a hat.

I am very happy that qualifying was rained off and delayed until now. I was in A&E with alcohol poisoning after Friday and thus missed all the rain carnage. Oops

WTF were the McLaren strategy guys doing? It's like they are going out of their way to prove Hamilton had a point by leaving.

Back onto the tyre issues:

Those look really dead, more so on some, especially VET and HAM although the further you go the harder you see. Could be an advantage to some of the early teen places as the top has to pit VERY early by the looks of it.

The race hasn't even started, and Hulkenberg is already out. Oh dear...

Hulkenberg is yet to complete a racing lap in Melbourne!

Fail from Webber off the line, again.

Button's pitted already.

Massa's catching Finger Boy at a vast rate of knots. :D

Webber is stuck behind Button and slowed so much that the Mercs lapping 1.5 seconds a lap slower than those that pitted come out ahead of him!

Red Bull's race pace does not seem good at all. Hopefully Sutil can claw him back.

Barring any rain, it's Alonso vs Raikkonen for the win.

But what happened to Red Bull's pace? :?

Red Bull's not too kind on those Pirellis, Vettel's quite a handful of late brakings weren't helping the situation.

Wow, Alonso almost found himself in a Caterham.

I really hope, Sutil can at least defend his position from Di Resta.
