Round 8: Heal The World
... make it a better place. The UN has asked you to propose a track that would cross at least one border (between states that are recognised by at least 15 governments worldwide). If that cross-border track is between two nations having a history of border conflicts, that's great but not a must. These are the stipulations:
- Your track mustn't longer than 4 km and shorter than 2 km
- Your track mustn't use existing road or pavement except airport runoff

Well, from an environmental standpoint both tracks have something going for them: Jimmy46 has come closer to what I imagined when drawing up this scenario, but pi314159's 18-times border crossing is too hilarious to not appreciate. In the end, therefore I am going for the better track. Since I am a very big fan of Dijon-esque tracks, Jimmy46 is ever so slightly in front. Congratulatons.

I am interested. I just can't come up with an interesting new challenge. If I haven't found something until tomorrow, anyone is free to announce a new challenge.

The alternative 1967 French Grand Prix. Your challenge is to come up with an alternative to the Bugatti Circuit.
-At least 80% of the circuit must consist of public roads.
-The circuit must have a length between 7 and 15 Kilometers.
-The circuit must have at least one straight with a length of at least 1.2 kilometers.
-The circuit must be located in France (obviously).
