The Fastest Lap Alternative Championship

Inspired by Kimi-ICE, I have made my own alternate championship, with the results being based on the fastest lap standings. Whoever has the most points at the end of the year will be crowned something like the "Race Pace Champion" or something like that. For all seasons, the points system used will be the current one, although I might base championships on the point systems used at the time. Like the double-DNFs thread, I will start with 2000 and when I reach the present day (if I do) I will go back from 2000.

Well, Sakon did set seventh fastest lap in Brazil. I find it hard to believe that despite finishing third in Monaco in 2006, Coulthard set the 19th fastest lap out of 22.
