---NEW CHALLENGE---

-You lot of designers will have to design a circuit in the Appalachian Mountains (Canada through Alabama)
-The track must have at least 10 meters in elevation change throughout the course design, although that should be easy
-The track must be between 4 and 10 km long
-The track must have at least 10 turns in it. No maximum

There is enough elevation change, and that is the last bit of the mountain chain, so you just get in with that.
