Hmm, I thought our driver offers were for 2 years.

However, our test driver plans are to sell the place to whoever pays most for one year. We will choose between:

R. Patrese
Andrea de Cesaris
M. Brundle
Alex Zanardi
Christian Danner
Claudio Langes
David Brabham

We would also like to include Michael Andretti, but he is not in the list I believe.

I didn't saw anything like that in your posts! Andretti is not on the list, maybe at the beginning of 91!

Round 14: Jerez

Race

Right at the start Nelson Piquet was able to overtake Alain Prost. After the first lap Piquet was leading Prost with Boutsen in 3rd, Schneider in 4th and Senna 5th position. Prost was trying hard to overtake Piquet but he barely had any chance until lap 40. Prost made a brave move on the inside of turn 1, but Piquet didn't let him room which caused a collision. Piquet had to retire and Prost was able to continou, although he was at the very end of the field. Now Senna was in 1st with Boutsen right behind him. Boutsen overtook Senna in lap 55 but lost the position in lap 57. From than on he had to give up the fight in order to save the car and the position. Hill did a fantastic job and grabed a podium.

1 Ayrton Senna (Benneton-Ford) 1:53:24.476
2 Thierry Boutsen (Williams-Renault) 1:53:45.037
3 Damon Hill (Footwork Arrows-Ford) 1:54:10.123
4 Bernd Scheider (Meclaren-Honda) 1:54:45.840

I'm still thinking about it, but it would be very cool! We could have 8-9 engine suppliers, with only 1 works team this would mean 7-8 additional people! If there is enough interest(at least 5 additional people) i could implement it!

I already have an idea: you could choose between V8, V10 and V12.
V8: worst power, best weight, a bit better fuel consumption
V12: best power, worst weight, a bit wors fuel consumtion
V10: a bit better power, standard weight, standard fuel consumption

If someone have some thoughts on it please post it!

Her is a list with people who would like to take over an engine manufacturer:
people without a team:
wallio
pi314159

people with a team:
neno
pycku

Minardi would like to offer Eddie Irvine a 1 year test driver contract with 200k wages.

We would like to also offer Martin Brundle a 2 year race contract with 780k wages.
If that fails, we would like to offer Mark Blundell or Eddie Irvine a 1 year 600k race contract

Testing will come later.

Thanks

51-100...stay in the US
98 he will stay in the US

Ivan Capelli is still injured but has got offers from Brabham and Onyx
1-80...Brabham
81-100...Onyx
87 in a very surprising move Capelli signed with Onyx

Martin Brundle is racing a good season for Tyrell, he got racing offers from: Brabahm, Minardi and Jordan, and a testing offer from Arrows:
1-50...Brabham
41-75...Minardi
76-100...Jordan
88 he tries to sign with Jordan. His second option will be:
1-50...Brabham
51-75...Minardi
54 Minardi

Riccardo Patrese had a bad year with Leyton-House. Now he has a racing offer from Brabham and a testing offer from Arrwows
1-95...Brabham
96-100...Arrows
25 he signs with Brabham

Derek Warwick has only the offer from Onyx. He sign.

Eddie Irvine has a offer from Jordan and from Minardi. Both are racing seats
1-80...Jordan
81-100.... Minardi
18 he signs with Jordan, because of that Brundle will sign with Minardi

Heinz Harald Frentzen has a racing offer from Jordan, he'll agree.

Fabricio Giovanardi has a testing offer from Jordan, he'll agree.

Irvine and Frezen, looks like I got a good catch there. Does my team start next year?

As I am to become the new manager at Ferrari, do I decide the 1991 line-up now or is that Freeze's responsibility?
