Nothing to do with me, I just employed him for a year!

From next season, the iconic black and gold Twinings colours will no longer grace the grids of the world. In an announcement today, Davies Racing Team and all it's assets would be purchased by the world-renowned philanthropist, supervillain, and CEO of Globex Corporation, Hank Scorpio. The team will be renamed Scorpio Racing, and be carrying title sponsorship from Globex Corporation. Davies Racing Team will continue operating as is until the end of 2017, with the exception of it's F1RSTC branch, which has been immediately converted to run under the Scorpio Racing brand.
James Davies said of the sale, "It was just getting a bit much for me to handle, managing the team. We're competing in so many different categories these days, it's hard to keep track of everything and still have time to race. I haven't been able to fulfil my F1RWRS commitments with Sunshine to a satisfactory level, and so I've been looking for someone to take over the team. That's when Hank got in contact with me. At first we were discussing simply making the team into a partnership, but over the past couple weeks, I've re-evaluated where I stand, and I feel it would be best for everyone if I stand down from team management and concentrate solely on my racing for now."
Hank Scorpio stated, "I'm very excited to be taking over as the boss of DRT, soon to be known as Scorpio Racing. This team's had a few ups and downs, but I'm confident that under my management we'll keep the ups and cut the downs. It's very unfortunate that James decided to focus on his racing, I really could've used his experience here, but I fully understand his decision. There'll always be a place for him here as long as I'm running the outfit. So, with that out of the way, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming F1RSTC season, and it'll be a great opportunity to get used to how everything works in time for 2017!"

La Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote:Greenlaw and Lucarelli swapping places?
After another disappointing race for Dan Greenlaw for Alitalia's F2RWRS squad, along with the team's general state of disarray after its title winning season in 2016, rumours are rife there will be further personnel changes at the Italian squad for upcoming races.
Greenlaw had already been shipped off to Aeroracing Engineering for one event this season, failing to pre-qualify and thus dragging his Alitalia stablemate Marcel Agyemang-Badu from making the same race. It was Badu's only DNPQ so far this year.
Badu's problems with Greenlaw only got worse this weekend after the American sideswiped him off the road while running in a podium position during the Austrian round of F2RWRS.
Greenlaw's poor form and error-prone performances has surprised many onlookers, having taken the F3RWRS title last season in convincing fashion and expected to follow on from Tomo Kazama's feat of winning both F2RWRS and F3RWRS. However, a litany of mistakes throughout the year have contributed to the worst stretch of form in his entire career to date, and Alitalia bosses are considering radical action to get his career back on track.
"Dan Greenlaw's performance so far this year has not been what either party have expected," said Il Barone Rampante boss Alessando Linari. "The lad has a lot of talent, it's clear for everyone to see. He's just suffering at the moment. We are considering some options to get him out of this temporary rut and back to his best. I think he knows his performances of late haven't been up to the standard we expect, and he'll work hard to pick himself up again. We're trying to find the best way possible to do this."
While Linari would not comment on the specifics of these changes, rumours out of the Netherlands are suggesting IBR will initiate a driver swap with De Friis Motorsport, who currently employ Alitalia squad member Alessandro Lucarelli in the Intercontinental Reject Formula Challenge. Lucarelli, while not well placed in the standings, has scored more pole positions than any other driver in the series this year, and has been beset by poor reliability and bad luck, rather than any mistakes on his part costing him points. He may return to his parent team, albeit in F2RWRS, on a temporary basis while Greenlaw moves in the opposite direction.
It is not clear how long the switch would be in effect for, but it appears unlikely it would last until the end of the current season.

After being kicked out of F3RWRS, new rumors indicate that the key personnel behind Aurico Autosport is planning to dismantle GTRWC and F1RCS operations. More to follow.

IRS also claimed that the team also attempted to evade taxes. The tax lawsuit was recently filed in US Tax Court and more will reported as the incident progresses.

Just a few months after Pierre Depault took over the running of the embattled Melrose Racing Team organisation, it has been announced that the various racing teams under the umbrella organisation are to be restructured for the 2017 season and beyond. The most significant of these changes are to affect the MRT Junior Program, with the IFRC team to be disbanded at the end of the year after two largely fruitless seasons in the category. As a result, employees from the IFRC arm are expected to be split between the two remaining junior teams in the F2RWRS and F3RWRS, as well as to JLD Motorsport as the organisation's Touring Car and GT programs continue to grow. As part of the changes, it is widely expected that the JLD F3RWRS team will be rebranded to PDVSA MRT from 2017 onwards, as the Venezuelan oil conglomerate becomes the title sponsor for the team next season.
In addition to changes within the open-wheeler side of the organsiation, it has been widely-tipped that the 2016-17 Super Touring Season will be the last of the Douglas-Cliff Racing banner, with both it and and the RTCC team expected to be rebranded in JLD silver and black from next year onwards. The rebranding will also be coupled with a move of the RTCC, Super Touring, Porsche and GTR teams to a new facility in Cologne next to the MRT engine workshop. The open wheeler teams are expected to follow suit by 2018, putting an end to the existing base in Munich, which has been in operation since the formation of JLD Motorsport in 1966.
Long story short, the IFRC team will be no more, the JLD F3 team will become the MRT F3 team, and JLD will take over the RTCC and RSTC teams.
