Would this be the shortest time between the first F1 tests of a father and son? IIRC it has only been nine years from when daddy Chanoch made his FP1 appearance in Hungary.

There was only 5 years between Reg Parnell's last race in 1954 and his son Tim's first drive in 1959.

Yeah, but I was talking about the first F1 drives of both father and son. Reg Parnell drove F1 cars even before the class existed.
