Caterham will have failed us all if that lineup does not come to pass.

With the sport’s governing body, the FIA, showing no leadership, and its leading shareholders, CVC Captial Partners, creaming off profits of £350m without reinvesting anything as they hope to sell it on, it is little wonder that F1 is such a basket case.
It doesn’t really deserve a climax like Abu Dhabi next week.

Not quite.
He has a contract to be the replacement if either Kobayashi or Ericsson cannot race. But contracts mean little in this game.

Not true. Ericsson has fully rescinded his Caterham contract. Therefore, a seat is free for Mehri to drop into.
It looks like they also want to replace Kobayashi with Lotterer again. Not sure what the motivation behind it is this time however...

I'm not so sure. We've already established that Caterham is the template for the future Audi F1 team, hence Lotterer's presence there at Spa. Stefano Domenicali has joined Audi in a "non-motorsport-related" capacity. Using typical F1 thinking that means that it is a motorsport-related capacity. Given Domenicali's connection with Alonso at Ferrari, it's obvious that Audi are enticing Alonso to join their effort. This means that Audi are attempting to install a Lotterer-Alonso lineup at Caterham for Abu Dhabi, to see if it could work for their 2016 title bid.

There was no need for that huge text. Next, you'll be using comic sans...

But yet, you've missed the point. We're all a bit annoyed that Lotterer has made the (admittedly, better) choice to not race for Caterham, but that doesn't warrant the size a billion bold font. Even that would have been no problem, if there'd had been something written after it that had the possibility of moving the thread along.
The problem is not your disappointment in Lotterer, but in the quality of your posts. If posts are not of Noble-prize winning standard, that's not a problem. What is a problem is when people interject into discussions with stuff like "Imagine F1 cars having 8 wheels", "what if F1 awarded 7 points for a win?", or "what if all F1 constructors had to be named after cheese references?". When there's attempts to have a discussion, nonsensical interjection isn't welcome unless it's funny in some way...which, most of the stuff you've posted isn't.
I appreciate you have ADHD, but it seems like you're not making an effort to make worthwhile posts. Quite frankly, it looks like you're posting utter crap, and using ADHD as an excuse. Just because you have ADHD, it does not give you a license to make low-quality posts all of the time without trying.

Well, it's not exactly unexpected. Andre's been vocal on his stance on F1, and to return would be a touch hypocritical.

Trouble is, have they said how they intend to race at Abu Dhabi without any staff? Do they only have the race-day staff left or is it a case of the staff being made redundant but still working the grand prix weekend and then leaving? Or neither of these?
