Time is up for HawkAussie, Klon and Andrew. Therefore your team's drivers have been chosen and you will be on bog standard strategies for the races.
Qualifying
Well the rain certainly threw up some interesting results. Only A3 was unaffected but A2 was affected by a light shower mid-way through which relented a little towards the end but the rest of the runners had to contend with a wet track.

Despite the threat of rain, the A3 Grand Prix managed to get in a full dry race in under cloudy skies. However a thunderstorm is due to pass through around the time A2 is scheduled to start.
Of note is that the soft tires worked alot better than in South Africa.

A1 Grand Prix and Formula E will combine as a double header seeing as the latter decided to use part of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez track for their Mexico race. Since all of their track activity takes place on Saturday, our weekend schedule takes place around theirs with practice on Thursday and qualifying on Friday.

Hards will last approximately 45 laps

They came out fine for me when I followed the link I provided. Only issue for me was some of the gaps to the leaders came out positioned incorrectly for the final two laps. What part exactly was jumbled for you?

Zuber never actually had UAE citizenship, only a race license so he'd only get to race for Austria. And Mohammed Ben Sulayem has been retired from racing for over a decade. There are plenty of current drivers you could use, I'd suggest one of Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum, Khaled Al Qubaisi or Saeed Al Mehairi.
