Time is up for HawkAussie, Klon and Andrew. Therefore your team's drivers have been chosen and you will be on bog standard strategies for the races.
Qualifying
Well the rain certainly threw up some interesting results. Only A3 was unaffected but A2 was affected by a light shower mid-way through which relented a little towards the end but the rest of the runners had to contend with a wet track.
But A1 was worst affected, the earliest runners had to deal with a still drying track from the previous shower but the track briefly dried out enough for a handful of well timed runners to attempt their laps on dry tires. But then the heavens really opened up as a thunderstorm passed by around midway through the runners. The storm was brief but this meant the track was left drying out again for the rest of the session.
As a reminder, every driver gets just one flying lap and from this meeting onwards will run their qualifying attempts in reverse championship order. This gave us some mixed up results from what we would usually expect to see. Worst affected was South Africa A2 pole-sitter Milos Pavlovic as the first shower came when he was about to start his lap on dries. But it was even worse for Salvador Duran as he was the unlucky A1 contender that was confronted with the thunderstorm while he was already out on dries.
And thus we saw three surprise pole-sitters. In A3 Turkish youngster Kaan Onder put together a great lap to take pole from Sergey Chukanov. Qualifying
Well the rain certainly threw up some interesting results. Only A3 was unaffected but A2 was affected by a light shower mid-way through which relented a little towards the end but the rest of the runners had to contend with a wet track.
But A1 was worst affected, the earliest runners had to deal with a still drying track from the previous shower but the track briefly dried out enough for a handful of well timed runners to attempt their laps on dry tires. But then the heavens really opened up as a thunderstorm passed by around midway through the runners. The storm was brief but this meant the track was left drying out again for the rest of the session.
As a reminder, every driver gets just one flying lap and from this meeting onwards will run their qualifying attempts in reverse championship order. This gave us some mixed up results from what we would usually expect to see. Worst affected was South Africa A2 pole-sitter Milos Pavlovic as the first shower came when he was about to start his lap on dries. But it was even worse for Salvador Duran as he was the unlucky A1 contender that was confronted with the thunderstorm while he was already out on dries.
And thus we saw three surprise pole-sitters. In A3 Turkish youngster Kaan Onder put together a great lap to take pole from Sergey Chukanov. Despite the threat of rain, the A3 Grand Prix managed to get in a full dry race in under cloudy skies. However a thunderstorm is due to pass through around the time A2 is scheduled to start.
Of note is that the soft tires worked alot better than in South Africa.

A1 Grand Prix and Formula E will combine as a double header seeing as the latter decided to use part of the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez track for their Mexico race. Since all of their track activity takes place on Saturday, our weekend schedule takes place around theirs with practice on Thursday and qualifying on Friday.

Strategy Details
Hards will last approximately 45 laps

They came out fine for me when I followed the link I provided. Only issue for me was some of the gaps to the leaders came out positioned incorrectly for the final two laps. What part exactly was jumbled for you?

Zuber never actually had UAE citizenship, only a race license so he'd only get to race for Austria. And Mohammed Ben Sulayem has been retired from racing for over a decade. There are plenty of current drivers you could use, I'd suggest one of Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum, Khaled Al Qubaisi or Saeed Al Mehairi.
