Word has it that Lucas finds the Virgin to be a tighter fit than Timo does...

So what you are really saying is that you are disappointed they didn't call the team "Shinji F1"?

(Which would have been great for any number of other reasons, too!)
Re: Headline of the year?
Maybe if the Virgin turns out to be easy to score with in its first race, they can name it "Pay & Ride Me F1"?
If the Virgin can't score this season, I do hope it sits on a pole at least once this year. If only just to gain some experience of people coming from behind.

What about mid-race when the commentator announces,

That would require Hamilton to be capable of that.

In any case all commentators are going to have to watch their words VERY CAREFULLY when talking about the Virgin...It is times like this that I do miss Murray Walker as he would no doubt have put his foot in it.

Nice Murray Walker quote their Watka (Australia 1995 isn't it). I'm sure Murray's seen a lot of things in his time, but he has never seen two Virgin's coming together (at least not for a while).

Murray Walker would trip and fall on it, head first. I so hope the beeb invites him to take over the commentary at the UK GP...

I sure hope the Virgin's will know what to do when that happens. We wouldn't want the Virgin's resisting Hamilton's advances especially if he tries to stick it up the inside of them when their not looking.
Mind you now that Nicole's gone, he might not actually mind being stuck inbetween the two Virgin's.
Actually come to think of it, I bet the whole field is looking forward to the prospect of lapping up two Virgin's for the whole afternoon.

I love how he makes it clear at the end, that he didn't have to pay to get inside the Virgin. At least the boy has got some standards.

This is all getting incredibly childish!
Brilliant.
Hows about this regarding the starting grid?
"...and towards the back of the grid we see Jarno Trulli splitting the two Virgins.."
Ah well, that just made me laugh anyway.

I am loving this thread aswell. I can hardly type sometimes from laughing too much. Anyway a couple of edit's of Murray Walker Quotes (1st one about Jos the Boss in Malaysia 2001 & second one in I think in Austrialia one year).
"You can actually feel Di Grassi pulsating inside the Virgin with his eagerness."
Or how about this when the engine blow's up;
"That's it the Virgin says to Glock...you may want to go on but I've had enough. Look at the fluid leaking out of it. It's leaving a right mess behind."

Sounds like the Virgin is causing other people problems by stopping half way through a session. Tease. Someone should really get it to behave itself.
