Was Kelvin Ligiers 3rd driver in 96, or is that a GPRM2 fantasy?

He also did testing for Footwork in 96. Burt got both roles through his TWR contacts. Ligier's other test driver in 1996 was Kenny Brack, who they had an option for for 1997 and 1998 which they never used.

You mean the same Kenny Brack that spent virtually his entire American Open Wheeler career being an absolute boss on ovals yet average at best whenever he was confronted with left AND right turns?

Enzo Coloni could have made it to F1 as a driver in 1983 with Arrows.
