In order to make Pre-Qualifying at the beginning of the season more fair to everyone;

The grid will be divided in two groups of teams; First group of teams will have to pre-qualify at rounds 1 and 3, second group at races 2 and 4; after round 4 the pre-qualifying teams will be re-shuffled every four races according to championship standings.

AutoReject World Series Set to Return

It is with great pride that we are able to announce that after two seasons without the AutoReject World Series, the premier racing series of the world is set to return in 2023. Thanks to our partners at the Fujisankei Communications Group and RTL Group, we were able to re-acquire the trademarks associated with the AutoReject World Series from the Auto GP Consortium along with an invitation to all teams involved in the consortium to join the series.

Makoto Hashimoto, a highly experienced manager with previous experience at Sankei Sports, the Nippon Broadcasting System and Radio Osaka, will join Autoreject International as new chief executive officer starting November 15. He will join former series commissioner Daniel Prieto, who will be the new chief vision officer in establishing new contracts with both the tracks that have featured many great ARWS races as well as new exciting ones.

Dr.-Ing. Saskia Haas will also join Autoreject International, taking the role of chief technology officer. Dr.-Ing. Haas has worked together with a team of former personnel from Formula 1-race winning team Stefan Grand Prix and advice from former team principal Zoran Stefanovic to establish a new technical ruleset that will allow for new technology to flourish while keeping the series affordable and providing fans with the retro chassis designs that fans expect from the AutoReject World Series.

The latest addition to the Autoreject International staff is Timo Fuchs, who in his new role as chief administrative officer handle race control duties and will advise the CEO on the sporting regulations. Autoreject International will provide further updates regarding the calendar and the entry list within the next months. The start of the season is scheduled for May 28, as the 86th running of the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix has already been agreed to between Autoreject International and the rime Minister of Monaco.

Thanks to a cooperation by myself, who will handle the adminstrative efforts, and Salamander, who will run the actual races, we can bring you ARWS. However, in an attempt to simplify systems, there will be a number of major changes.

First off, the points system will change.
The new points system will award points to all finishers: 50-48-46-44-42-40-38-36-34-32-30-28-26-24-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2-1. Furthermore, the three drivers with the fastest laps of the race will be awarded the Curry Brand Fastest Lap trophies and 20-10-5 championship points respectively.

Secondly, all team owners will need to make up their mind again regarding engine and tyre suppliers.

Engines:

There are three available engine types. An I3 turbo, a V8 naturally-aspirated engine and a W12 twin-turbo:

I3 turbo - very high performance, very poor reliability
Ford EcoBoost 2.0 L ARWS - bonus in drivability
Koenigsegg ATFG - bonus in one-lap performance

V8 naturally-aspirated - very poor performance, very high reliability
Mugen Honda MF-24A HA - bonus in one-lap performance
Renault RS27-ARWS - bonus in drivability

W12 twin-turbo - average performance, average reliability
Bentley WR12 48v Supersports ARWS - bonus in drivability
Hamann W12 - bonus in one-lap performance

Tyres:

There are three available tyre manufacturers:

Goodride - average pace, average drivability
Michelin - lower pace, higher drivability
Pirelli - higher pace, lower drivability

Furthermore, all team owners are asked to create a livery for Grand Prix 2. Given the experience we have with that palette, a number of users capable of making liveries and the generous time limit, I fully expect you to handle this without needing my help. In addition, any driver on the wiki that does not have a wiki page by the deadline will be replaced by an established driver in canon. This will have no effect on performance and functionally be a "pallet swap".

Foxdale Auto Racing Team Press Release

It has been so long since the last F1RWRS ARWS championship, and we on the Isle of Man cannot wait for this series to resume after these past few years of lay-off.

We remember when we merged our previous teams of AMR and MAN to form Foxdale (we decided that our 4-letter acronym may not be the most professional-sounding!) in 2013, we had a very fast, albeit unreliable, car and had great qualifying success and scored our first win that year. Since then, our performance has been going downhill. So this year, our target is to improve our performance back to 2013 levels, even if it comes at the expense of reliability, in the hope that we will get the occasional brilliant race result, and gain some exposure for our sponsors. The new points system should hopefully mean that we will still be scoring points regardless…

Samsung Jones Couteau Racing unveils 2023 partners in livery launch



The livery that will adorn the Jones 120 chassis in the revitalised 2023 AutoReject World Series has been revealed in an online launch, as Samsung Jones Couteau Racing gears up for the new season with a host of new and returning partners.

The team has extended its relationship with Ford, which has launched its Ford EcoBoost 2.0 L ARWS inline-3 turbocharged engine for the new season. This follows a number of prosperous seasons together; under its former ownership under the Jones family, the team won the 2017 F1RWRS title and as runner-up in the two preceding seasons. The all-new powertrain should boast a competitive level of power as Jones Couteau Racing seeks to return to the top.

Korean giant Samsung comes on board as title partner, and Spanish clothing giant Inditex joins as clothing and fashion partner through its Pull&Bear and Zara brands. Both outlets will work with Jones Couteau Racing on a range of merchandise and apparel opportunities, as Inditex also takes a stake in team principal Jacques Couteau's own Black Label brand of luxury clothing items.

Long-term partners Castrol and 3M remain with the team. Car retailer Cinch comes on board for 2023, as does low-alcohol beer brand Lucky Saint. Baume & Mercier becomes the team's official timekeeping partner, and Sunfire will work with the team on innovative hydrogen solutions.

Nathanael Cameron has agreed a deal to rejoin the team, having raced for Jones in 2019 and the aborted 2020 season, as 2020 F1 champion Diego Alvarez Torrente makes his return to the team that awarded him his F1RWRS debut in 2017.

In a groundbreaking move, we can very proudly state that all 13 ARWS Grands Prix will be freely available to racing fans worldwide, as we have partnered with the forward-thinking RejectSport TV! This emergent motorsport platform will provide free access to race coverage on demand, with live service paired with trackside commentary from RejectSport's own Sally Mander available through RejectSport's subscription service, details of which can be found below.

We look forward to a long and successful partnership with RejectSport TV, and sincerely hope that you will join us for the season-opening Monaco Grand Prix this weekend!
