110323 Season Preview Edition

Post by Kuwashima »

Gday all,

Well, 5 days to go till the first race of the season, and we have just posted our Season Preview podcast!

Full of erudite analysis and a lot of wasted time, we hope you enjoy it - including a detailed look at other Australian venues that could host the GP should Melbourne give it the flick.

Written season Preview to follow later today!

Cheers,
Jamie

Sweet as!

Just in time for me to download it so that I can listen to it on the plane to Melbourne!

There's been a florish of activity from you guys which is greatly received.

Looking forward to the season...

PS. Just heard the bit about Longford. Ironically it IS actually trying to get itself back on the international map with the "Longford Revival Festival"! (Somewhat inspired by Goodwood). It's on the weekend after the Aus GP and because I'm a Taswegian I'll be there. I wonder if there'll be any 1960's F1 Rejects there....

Also, you forgot to mention that Longford twice hosted the Australian Grand Prix. :P

Fantastic, thanks very much!

Are you planning to record any podcasts at the Grand Prix?

Ok Guys loved the season review

However you forgot the obvious place for the Australian grand prix... Griffith NSW... you could have a mini Bathurst, the locals will support the race and all will go well as long as ferrai win............

I'm getting problems. It'll either just load the start of the theme tune or just not load and instead grind my browser to a halt :?

EDIT: Got round it. Just went to the podcasts.xml page and saved link as, and just downloaded it. Seems to be fine. Now to listen! :)

Brilliant, but Maldonado is actually the third Venezuelan driver in F1 after Cecotto and the one, the only the great, Ettore Chimeri.

Discussing a site for F1 not-so-rejects or mediocre rejects. LOL

There should be a GP2/GP2 Asia rejects site. Need I say more about my idea for such a site?

To get your name off the reject list:

Finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th
6th plus one other top 8 finish
7th plus two other top 8 finishes
Three 8th place finishes.
