I don't think this has been done before so I'll do it, to see which nations may be classified as "Reject Nations." Every driver counts, and every point counts - no dropped scores. None of this "only first driver counts" or any of that malarkey (makes life easier for me!). I suspect that Britain will dominate eventually, although Italy does well initially.
