The '6 Degrees' Team-Mate Game
The '6 Degrees' Team-Mate Game
So this is just a (slightly) more mentally stimulating alternative to the mindless drudgery of the Word Association thread. The basic premise is to take two drivers, and try to get from one to the other based on team-mates within six moves (and if that's not doable, keep going until it's eventually managed) - the inspiration coming from the always popular Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game.
So the idea of the thread is that everyone will work together - i.e., there's only one driver allowed per post, so there has to be a sort of 'collective consciousness' to get to the second driver. This is probably best explained through an example:
Jean-Denis Deletraz to Narain Karthikeyan
Post 1. Deletraz/Montermini at Pacific
Post 2. Montermini/Badoer at Forti
Post 3. Badoer/Raikkonen at Ferrari
Post 4. Raikkonen/de la Rosa at McLaren
Post 5. de la Rosa/Karthikeyan at HRT
Whoever makes the last connection can propose the next two drivers to be linked.
So ye all should have the idea at this point; could fall disastrously on its face, but sure why not give it a try?
Easy one to start off:
Ayrton Senna to Sebastian Vettel
Any feedback is of course also welcomed!

Webber and Vettel from 2009-today.
Alternatively, you can go:
Senna/Berger (McLaren 1990-1992)
Berger/Alesi (Benetton 1996-1997, Ferrari 1993-1995)
Alesi/Heidfeld (Prost 2000)
Heidfeld/Webber (Williams 2005)
Webber/Vettel (Red Bull 2009-2012)
Next, I suggest Jochen Mass to everyone's favorite world-destroyer, Alexander Wurz.

You're correct, Pace joined Reutemann from Britain on, replacing our favorite Leichtensteiner, Rikky von Opel.

Yeah I don't think that's going to work very well. Instead, how about Pedro de la Rosa and Kimi Raikkonen at McLaren, Bahrain 2005?
EDIT: And the tail end of 2006. How did I forget that?

I was actually thinking along the lines of Irvine/Barrichello at Jordan but you ruined that idea the minute you brought Burti into this

If we're sticking with Kimi through, I'd say Raikkonen/Fisichella at Ferrari in 2009

Oh for crying out loud... I thought saying Bahrain 2005 would've completely given it away...

Fine, if that's how we're doing this, Takuma Sato/Anthony Davidson, Super Aguri 2007-08.
