Periodic outages

Hello,

As of around midday BST today the website's availability has become sporadic. Initial attempts to resolve the problem have been unsuccessful and will require further investigation.

I will post an update here once I believe the problem has been remedied. Until then, apologies for the outages.

Update: The issue has been identified. The nature of the problem means that a long-term fix is required and may not materialise immediately. There may be small periods of downtime (lasting a few minutes each) until further notice.
