Here's my entry.
The lap would begin where the black dot marker is, on the A1231 St Michaels Way, with the opposite carriageway functioning as the pit lane. The track kinks to the right slightly as the cars speed down to turn 1, crossing to the opposite carriageway and taking the roundabout the wrong way round to head on to Stockton Road. Turn 2 then follows quickly after, a sweeping right hander with the cars building acceleration to head onto the straight that follows. A kink to the left is next, with the track heading the wrong way down the one-way system, before they heavy braking for the left-handed hairpin of turn 3. That brings the track on to Burdon Road, with a short straight followed by the 90 degree right hander of turn 4. The circuit is now on Park Road, with Mowbray Park on the left hand side, and on the long straight that follows, sector one is completed at the one mile marker.
Sector two then begins as the road becomes Salem Road, and the track curves gently to the right for turn 5, which is followed by more heavy braking, this time for turn 6, White House Hairpin. Hooking round to the left, past the roundabout, the circuit now follows the A1018, Hendon Road, with a fairly long straight up to turns 7 and 8, and quick left-right sweeper with the latter opening out onto another straight. It's at this point that sector two ends, with the final sector remaining.
The third sector begins on the exit of turn 8, still on the A1018, though the track would straight-line the roundabout, as it becomes Sans Street. A short straight then leads into the long, long turn 9 as the road becomes West Wear Street, and it's then followed by a long straight onto the A183, St Mary's Way before the tighter turns 10 and 11 onto Livingstone Road. This is a right-left complex as the lap nears completion, with turn 11 flowing into the final corner, the left-handed turn 12, which brings the track back onto St Michaels Way.
There'd need to be a few traffic islands and that one roundabout taken out, but otherwise nothing too major!
