As for the engine, with 80.000 we want Honda as partner to produce a powerful environmental-Ethanol turbo engine with an integrated booster. BTW, the car will be known as the VFX-01.
The Honda turbo is a decent mark up from the Ace engine, a good but not great step.

Empire plan to fit the HFCE-1 in only one car, with that car to run on-road races.
In the other, off road car,Empire plan to develop their own engine, investing 13k into developing a Wankel-esque Rotary engine.
Ok, does that mean you only plan on entering 1 car per race event? Either way, the work on the Rotary engine is inconclusive for now.

EDIT: 100k on engines.
Another Honda project, this one isn't holding back on expenses and it shows, the engine is very good, though Honda claim there is still more to find.
That is a total cost of 110,000. Also you will need to name the car, for now I will have it badged as Techcraft-Honda.

We are also hoping to strike a deal with another team in regards to engine supply - seems the market is flooded at the moment so give us your best price, people.
Okay.

The Australian Racing Academy are hoping to come to an agreement with Pegasus and Cosworth. We will match your initial investment of 70k to further invest in the engine if Pegasus are willing to give the engine to us for free and split future sales 60:40 with us. As the engine will likely be the best in the series we will be fielding plenty of interest so the deal will be extremely beneficial to both teams. We are happy for Pegasus to remain the controlling party and set whatever price they like for the engine for customer teams.
I will wait to see what Pegasus have to say, but this kind of deal is perfectly legal.

The Renault engineers return the engine claiming a step forward, but it's hard to see if they actually done anything at all with the engine.

Mercedes used some of their F1 knowledge to help improve the engine, and they have managed to make the package much more efficient, if not much faster. Overall a decent step.

Blokkmonsta will invest 50,000 in partnership with Subaru to develop a new turbo system, one that uses two smaller turbos in a sequential system, one for low RPMs and one for high RPMs in order to curb Turbo lag while still getting a notable power boost.
We also invest 20,000 to strip the chassis to use as few parts as possible while still being within regulation in order to save weight. This process will involve taking out unecessary portions of the framework and swapping out as much of the steel with carbon fiber as we can.
The new car shall be called the "Blokkmonsta AS01" And the engine shall be the "BM-Subaru BM01TT".
The new Subaru engine looked great, unfortunately it caught fire as soon as it hit the dyno. Subaru claim they need more development work, critical failure.
For now you are stuck with the Ace engine. (RNG can be cruel, sorry Captain.)
On the plus side, you only have the 1 car so chassis work costs 10k not 20.
