Can they then be filled in paint, or do they require a different program to colour them in as not really that skilled with IT. However I want to attempt it as got some ideas.

A better program than Microsoft Paint is Paint.NET which you can obtain, completely legally, for free from their own website here: http://www.paint.net/
It's what I've used when I've done anything like this and is many times better and gives you a lot more options, plus it's nothing like as complicated as Illustrator or Photoshop. Just save the blank templates and open them within Paint.NET and get scribbling!
Nice one. However, I doubt I can do anything with these subtly shaded versions for what I've got in mind, so I'm going to take a look at the GP2 car template that was used in the Formula Nations thread - even though the sidepods have a huge stripe right the way through them... I will attempt to edit it accordingly.

JVC Mugen F1 Team Fictional F1 team. Think along the lines of if they had actually bought Footwork and turned it into a works Mugen-Honda F1 team. Moreno as Honda works driver Suzuki's team-mate for extra (honourary) Reject value
