Re: Infinite Improbability Drive of the Race - Saudi Arabia 2025
Williams for great teamwork and also finishing top of F1.5. My money is on them getting P5 in the constructors. Also great podium by Leclerc.

Re: Reject of the Race - Saudi Arabia 2025
I'm going to say something different because I think the 4 green cars are generally struggling a bit compared to the rest of the F1.5's. I'll go for 2 big DHM's for the 2021 title duellers, Max as I don't think he had a leg to stand on with missing the chicane at the first but he has a face like a s...

Between Gasly and Haas for me again - Gasly must have had some sort of car problem at the end at he was 2 seconds behind Max at the end so can't really blame him.

I'll go with Aston Martin - 2nd last and 4th last for a supposedly top team!
Actually Lando might be a DHM - messy and giving away crucial impetus to his teammate.

Re: ROTR: Japanese GP 2025
For something a bit different than McLaren strategy, Stroll and the race being boring - I'll say Tsunoda getting driver of the day (or the whole Red Bull 2nd driver stuff) - nobody is getting near Max and that's that.

Re: Reject of the Race - China 2025
If it really is true that Red Bull will swap Lawson for Tsunoda in after just TWO races, that is complete madness and on a par with Ferrari's double DQ. I suspect if the next round wasn't Yuki's home race there'd be none of this crap. You can't possibly evaluate someone after 2 races!!

Re: 2025 discussion thread
At the moment, I'd say 5th in the constructors looks like a fight between Williams, Haas and Racing Bulls if they didn't keep screwing their strategies. Possibly Aston Martin too if they don't just stick to waiting for Newey to work his magic on the 2026 car. Alpine and especially Sauber look a bit ...

Ocon - beating a Merc on merit.
Albon also is showing Sainz the way at the moment which I'll admit I wasn't expecting. Maybe he isn't being flattered by having crap teammates like Latifi and Sargeant after all!

Re: Reject of the Race - China 2025
Ferrari is a slam-dunk to do that with BOTH cars - and they weren't very good in the race anyway, I thought they flattered to deceive after the sprint. Big DHMs to the whole Red Bull squad bar Max - the junior team screwing the strategy for the 2nd week in succession, Yuki's front wing failing and L...

Only 4 non-"rookies" not eliminated lol (I used the inverted commas as technically Lawson, Bearman and Doohan aren't complete rookies though they're being treated like they are)

Think that's Williams' best result (now P5 as Kimi has been reinstated in P4) in a full race (obviously not counting Russell in Spa's non-race in 2021) since Stroll at Baku 2017!!!
Also Sauber's best result since early 2022.

No love for Lando? This time last year I'm sure he would have caved in to Max. I honestly thought Max would walk this when it was wet.
Great results for Albon, Kimi, Stroll and Hulk, and also should have been Yuki before his team did a great Ferrari impression.

Now I've looked at it again I think the shade of red on the Ferrari is too dark and don't like it at all. Think my 2nd favourite after the Sauber is the Aston Martin (think the 1991 Jordan gave me a fetish for green cars or something)

Bertaggia never qualified for a race though! I'm thinking where's Kimi (Raikkonen, not Antonelli) on here but he was never youngest as he started same time as Alonso who is younger, and even 2002 which Alonso didn't take part had Massa. And Button is younger too which means you can't even have USA 2...

My favourite is definitely the Sauber. Apart from Ferrari going 1993, another nod to the early 90s is the Alpine reminds me of the 1992 Brabham Damon Hill debuted in!
REALLY don't like the team formerly known as Minardi's car (I never know what to call them!), and the rest look just like last year!

Sadly as much as I was pleased Red Bull gave him a shot or he was out of F1 4 years ago, I too have to give it to Checo
I kind of wish he'd signed for one of the lower teams much earlier in the season - he'd be absolutely fine if he was in say a Haas or an Alpine.

Even though he's done an amazing job this year (as it's clearly now him and not the car given how much Checo has struggled) I'm saying Max for that first corner move - he was basically reckoning McLaren would jump out of the way for him the constructors to worry about. DHM to Bottas for ruining two ...
